Background

Sebastien, a French baker born in a small town, started baking at 15 and owned a bakery in the US. Invited by Hong Kong friend Elsa, he opened a bakery in Sai Kung in 2022. Known for authentic French breads and pastries, he wakes at 5am daily, insisting on quality using French ingredients. Popular items include fresh fruit tarts with homemade crust and custard. Sebastien’s passion is baking as an art, and he plans to start a baking school in Hong Kong to inspire children. His bakery quickly became a beloved local spot, even attracting actor Lau Ching-wan as a regular customer.
